Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
Sales and rental properties require an EPC under Government legislation. It is available to prospective buyers/tenants so that they can assess the energy efficiency of the property.
It also highlights the measures that can be taken to improve energy efficiency and reduce the carbon monoxide emissions.
